Cancellations MUST be made 24 hours in advance of your service to avoid our cancellation fee associated with the service. You will be charged 100% of your service if you cancel after the 24 hour mark. Cancellations must happen either online or by  phone. There will be no exceptions.

We offer a 15 minute grace period. Any client who is past 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of their service.

Eyelash extension clients coming from other salons must contact for a consultation. If your previous lashes are not correctly applied, we will not be able to perform a fill. Instead, you will receive a lash removal and a new, full set. If we are able to preform a fill from another spa it will be $120. Please call the salon at 617-744-0306 to schedule your consultation.

We do not offer refunds for any services. If you are not satisfied, contact us immediately and we will work with you until you are happy with our work.
